Administrative Coordinator

Leduc Stars Academy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings, ensuring smooth logistics and timely communication.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, reports, and other documents as required.
- Schedule appointments, manage contracts, and maintain accurate records.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
- Greet visitors, direct them to relevant contacts or service areas, and provide general assistance as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Leduc Stars Academy offers a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
Language:English is the primary language of communication in this role.
Work Schedule:30 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the team.
