F & I Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced F & I Manager to join our team at Premier Truck Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial and insurance aspects of our vehicle sales and service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and coordinate monthly scheduled deliveries from DTNA using shipping data (Vagus)
  • Provide weekly delivery forecasts to customers and stakeholders as needed
  • Coordinate with customers to ensure timely delivery of factory-delivered units and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Monitor daily PDI updates from Service Shop and work with Fleet Coordinator to resolve any issues
  • Communicate with customers regarding delivery delays and provide updates on ETA for units delayed in the PDI process
  • Coordinate monthly audits of T-Pine Files and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with PTG on all aspects of cross-border accounts and customer communication
  • Handle client special requests and ensure that all work areas and customer waiting areas are kept clean and organized
Requirements:
  • Ability to understand and comply with federal, provincial, and local regulations affecting new- and used-vehicle and finance departments
  • Exceptional communication and technical skills, with the ability to facilitate and conduct training sessions
  • Computer proficiency and ability to process data for management analysis
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence
