F & I Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced F & I Manager to join our team at Premier Truck Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial and insurance aspects of our vehicle sales and delivery process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with customers to ensure timely delivery of vehicles and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Manage the inventory of vehicles and ensure that they are properly maintained and prepared for delivery.
  • Work with the sales team to ensure that customers are provided with accurate and timely information about their vehicle purchases.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our financial and insurance processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our customers receive excellent service and support.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a financial or insurance role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems, including Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
