EZShop is a prominent digital marketing agency specializing in e-commerce solutions for local retailers throughout North America.
Our goal is to empower local businesses to excel in the online marketplace by offering tailored and comprehensive e-commerce strategies.We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented E-Commerce Client Success Manager to ensure our clients' success and satisfaction.
This role requires in-person collaboration at our office.Facilitate introductory meetings with clients to guarantee a seamless onboarding experience.
Supervise the creative direction of each e-commerce project, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
Collaborate closely with service teams to meet client objectives, providing consistent updates and constructive feedback.
Monitor client retention and proactively address any concerns to enhance their experience with our services.
Handle client complaints and dissatisfaction messages, working towards efficient and effective resolutions.
Stay passionate about e-commerce and continuously update your knowledge of industry trends.
- Demonstrated experience in account management or a similar role.
- Capability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other account management tools.
