Key Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding: Organize and conduct introductory meetings with clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process and establish clear expectations.
  • Artistic Direction: Oversee the creative direction of every e-commerce project, ensuring it aligns with client objectives and company standards.
  • Client Success: Collaborate with clients to define and establish clear success objectives tailored to their needs and goals.
  • Account Management: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client objectives are met, providing regular updates and feedback.
  • Churn Prevention: Monitor and address churn, working proactively to retain clients and enhance their experience with our services.
  • Payment Management: Ensure clients adhere to payment schedules and resolve any payment-related issues promptly.
  • Client Support: Manage and respond to client complaints and unsatisfaction messages, striving to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
