Position Overview: We are in search of a strategic and innovative Director of HR Business Partnering to spearhead our HR Business Partner (HRBP) team and HR Generalists throughout the organization. Reporting to the Vice President of People & Culture, the Director will oversee a team of 5+ HRBPs and HR Generalists who provide support across various divisions. This role presents a unique opportunity to influence HR initiatives, forge strong partnerships with key stakeholders, and contribute to the overall success of pt Health.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and strategic guidance to the HRBP team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and priorities. Oversee the provision of HR services and support to all divisions, including employee relations, talent management, performance management, and organizational development. Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that enhance employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness. Lead the creation and execution of HR policies, programs, and initiatives to promote a positive employee experience and cultivate a culture of inclusion and diversity. Work with the HR leadership team to analyze HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. Mentor and develop HRBP team members, offering guidance, coaching, and support to enhance their skills and capabilities. Manage HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., CHRP, CHRL) preferred. Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role overseeing HRBP teams. Proven experience in strategic HR planning, organizational development, and change management. Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and regulatory requirements. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders. Experience in a healthcare or related industry is an asset. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
