About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Supervisor to join our team at KS Constructions. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimating and Budgeting: Develop and manage project budgets, including estimating costs and materials.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 people, including apprentices and experienced workers.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit regular reports, including production and other project-related reports.
  • Recruitment and Staffing: Recruit and hire new team members, as needed, and manage staffing levels to meet project requirements.
  • Communication: Coordinate with other project supervisors and managers to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English (work language).
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
