The Assistant Store Manager collaborates with the Store Manager to foster a cooperative environment that encourages inclusion and positive relationships. To ensure the store's success, you will guide and motivate the team to meet sales and profitability objectives. Additionally, you will be involved in recruitment, performance management, training, and development. Your adaptability to various situations, environments, challenges, tasks, and schedules is crucial for your success.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the store achieves company objectives and complies with key performance indicators.
  • Oversee store operations by effectively delegating tasks (company policies and procedures, loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling).
  • Contribute to recruiting, managing, developing, and training passionate candidates interested in sales, customer service, and fashion.
  • Execute marketing strategies while maintaining a clean, consistent, and inviting environment that encourages customers to shop.
  • Establish open and effective communication with the Store Manager and District Manager.

Qualifications:

Desired Profile:

  • At least one to two years of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-focused work environment.
  • Proven ability to lead teams to success with outstanding sales results.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Additional Information:

Benefits:

Salary: $45,000 - $50,000

  • Competitive benefits package (full-time employees only).
