Additionally, you will be involved in the recruitment process, performance evaluation, training, and team development. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the store aligns with corporate objectives and adheres to essential performance metrics.
  • Lead store operations by effectively managing tasks related to company policies, loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and staff scheduling.
  • Contribute to the recruitment, management, development, and training of enthusiastic candidates in sales, customer service, and fashion.
  • Execute marketing initiatives while maintaining a clean, consistent, and inviting shopping environment.
  • Foster open and effective communication with both the Store Manager and District Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one to two years of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-centric environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams to achieve outstanding sales performance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is advantageous.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.

Additional Information:

Benefits:

  • Salary range: $45,000 - $50,000.
