Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Event Development Manager to join our team. As an Event Sales Coordinator at Vivid Vancouver, you will play a crucial role in our team, leading sales efforts during our events. Your focus will be on engaging directly with attendees, promoting our initiatives, and driving successful outcomes for our events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage sales activities at retail and pop-up events, with the goal of maximizing engagement and revenue.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with event participants, sponsors, and community members to enhance their overall experience.
  • Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials, such as brochures and promotional items, to increase event visibility.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that event sales targets are met or exceeded.
Requirements
  • Experience in sales, event coordination, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Ability to generate enthusiasm and participation at events.
