Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Dharma Dog Services. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, supervising sales staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train sales staff to meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Monitor sales floor operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing store displays
  • Manage sales reports, including sales volumes and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or retail management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Work Environment

Our store is located in a busy retail area, and public transportation is available. The work environment is a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
