Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Regional General Store. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning duties, providing training, and resolving issues.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and make recommendations to improve sales volumes and merchandising strategies.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail management experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
