Join our team at Next Level Childcare Society as a Child Development Specialist. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to lead our early childhood education programs. As a Child Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children. Your expertise will be essential in creating a nurturing environment that promotes learning and growth. You will work closely with our team to synthesize the overall situation of the children and communicate their progress to parents. Your role will also involve leading activities, such as storytelling, teaching songs, and taking children on outings to local points of interest. Additionally, you will guide children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits, and observe them for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems. You will prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors and participate in staff meetings to discuss children's progress and problems. You will also establish and maintain collaborative relationships with coworkers and community service providers working with children. Your commitment to creating a safe and healthy environment will be crucial in planning and maintaining an environment that protects the health, security, and well-being of children.
