We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team at Admiral Glass Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates of labour and material costs for our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare estimates of labour and material costs for construction projects.
  • Operate CADD and other computer software systems to prepare estimates.
  • Prepare estimates for general expenses and overheads.
  • Liaise with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors to negotiate changes and adjustments to cost estimates.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications.
