Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at SB GARDENING & LANDSCAPING SERVICES.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our landscaping team, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standard and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of our landscaping team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Project Planning: Plan and organize landscaping projects, including the selection of materials and equipment, and the coordination of staff and resources.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and to provide updates on project progress.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of materials and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to complete projects.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a high level of physical fitness.
Work Environment:

This is an outdoor position that requires working in a variety of weather conditions.
