As a key member of our Roche Information Solutions (RIS) Squad, you will play a critical role in the development and management of our Digital Pathology Solutions portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Portfolio Management: Lead the development and management of the Digital Pathology Solutions portfolio, including the coordination of new releases and the successful management of the portfolio solutions' life cycle from 'cradle to grave.'
- Sales Support: Provide needed sales support and delivery of programs/solutions to ensure alignment and strong communication between the Pathology Lab Franchise and RIS.
- Pre-Market Planning: Co-own pre-market plans and business cases for new solutions, aligning with the Pathology Lab Marketing Strategist to ensure successful solution launch.
- Solution Expertise: Serve as the solution expert to respond to RFPs, educate the Customer Support and Sales team members, and assist in developing needed training updates to all relevant stakeholders.
- Technical Advice: Provide expert technical advice to support pre and post-sales activities, managing complex sales and resolving customer questions and concerns.
- Customer Support: Work with the customer support team to ensure the service strategy is designed appropriately, ensuring the customer support team is properly trained on the solutions and equipped with all necessary information and documentation prior to a launch.
- Experience: 7+ years of field and IT experience, including IT Network and/or IT Security knowledge, cybersecurity.
- Education: Bachelor or Master's degree in a related field, such as Information Solutions or Healthcare-related science, or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of technical and market issues/factors, strategic and tactical planning experience, and strong advocacy in leading change management.
- Language: Bilingual in English and French is preferred.
- Travel: Travel up to 50% annually.
