Pharmacy Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Service Drug Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our pharmacy team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage the pharmacy's inventory, including ordering and stocking of medications and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a pharmacy management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
