Role Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales professional, your primary focus will be on selling manufactured components to both internal and external clients while delivering technical support and service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound sales inquiries from our established customer base regarding product details, pricing, order status, and delivery confirmations.
  • Securing and renewing orders while coordinating delivery, collaborating closely with our fabrication and other operational teams.
  • Processing orders and quotes, conducting follow-ups, and performing analyses in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Providing both technical and non-technical assistance to clients and staff regarding equipment usage, operation, and maintenance.
  • Participating in a comprehensive hands-on training program.
  • Focusing on personal and career development.
  • Enjoying a salaried position with full benefits and an excellent group RRSP profit-sharing plan.
  • Working hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

Required Skills:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude or technical inclination is essential.

  • Self-management capabilities with a drive to succeed.
  • Ability to assess situations, solve problems, and make informed decisions independently.

Educational Requirements:

  • High School Diploma is mandatory.
  • Technical College Diploma or University degree is preferred.
