Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Ltd.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Store Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient shopping experience for customers.
- Sales Performance: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to increase sales and meet performance targets.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely restocking of merchandise.
- Team Management: Supervise and develop a team of sales floor staff, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a retail environment
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.

- Client Focus: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Excellent Oral Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, staff, and management, ensuring clear and concise communication.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing circumstances, including sales trends, inventory levels, and customer needs.
- Organized: Maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient store operations.
- Reliability: Ensure timely completion of tasks, maintain a high level of productivity, and meet performance targets.
