Culinary Operations Manager

Château de Mercuès is in search of a passionate Dining Services Director to oversee our culinary team in delivering outstanding experiences for our patrons. As an integral part of our esteemed establishment, you will spearhead revenue strategies, foster a collaborative team environment, and uphold the utmost standards of excellence and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspire and guide the Dining Services team to meet and exceed departmental objectives
- Ensure consistent service quality and brand integrity
- Spot and capitalize on revenue-enhancing opportunities that surpass guest expectations
- Drive profitability through effective cost management
- Formulate and enforce operational protocols
- Clearly communicate expectations and proactively address challenges
- Encourage team growth and facilitate training programs
- Acknowledge and celebrate exemplary performance
- Undertake additional responsibilities as necessary
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 4 years of managerial experience in hospitality food and beverage or a comparable environment
- A degree in Hospitality Management or a related discipline is preferred
- Familiarity with guest service principles and management techniques
