- Professional Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role
- Primary Duties:
- Assess and oversee team performance
- Coordinate and streamline daily operational activities
- Recruit, train, and manage staff schedules
- Establish and enforce operational guidelines
- Manage inventory and liaise with vendors
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Team Leadership: Responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 employees
- Employment Type: Full-time, permanent position
- Language Requirement: Proficiency in English
- Work Hours: 30-35 hours per week
