Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at KENARD FAST FOOD LTD. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service.
