About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Paul Kler Mini Food Market. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, maintain inventory levels, and ensure accurate stock counts.
  • Scheduling and Operations: Establish work schedules, manage store opening and closing procedures, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory audits, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to new employees, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail management experience.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
