About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Thanh Vu Restaurant Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of our dishes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Supervise and train junior cooks in kitchen procedures and food safety.
  • Ensure that all kitchen equipment and utensils are clean and well-maintained.
  • Monitor inventory levels and requisition supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and high-quality dishes.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety procedures.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Work Environment
