About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Analyst to join our team at HEB Manitoba, one of the largest pension and benefit plans in the province. As a Solutions Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us serve over 93,000 of Manitoba's healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of a multi-year initiative to replace our legacy systems, enhancing our ability to serve our members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze business needs, and design solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring that our systems and processes are well-documented and easily accessible.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
