We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Affinity Group. As a key member of our digital transformation initiative, you will work closely with IT and business stakeholders to plan, elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate customer requirements through workshops, site visits, workflow storyboards, and other methods.
- Gather usability requirements, perform usability evaluations, and create UX design for our new Online Platform.
- Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle, coordinating user acceptance testing and transition to production activities.
- 12+ years of relevant and recent experience in business and system analysis, user experience, and web-based and mobile-based enterprise applications.
- 8+ years of relevant and recent experience in UI design, writing functional and non-functional specs, and documenting usability requirements.
- 5+ years of recent experience transforming business requirements into technical specifications for Enterprise applications and portals.
- 3+ years of recent experience in performing usability evaluations, including heuristic review, expert review, and usability testing.
- 3+ years of experience analyzing and mapping government, public sector, financial institutions, insurance holdings companies, or other regulatory compliance workflows.
