Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Days Inn Chetwynd. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service and food preparation.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and effective service.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high standards of quality control.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Scheduling: Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour work week. The work language is English.
