Job SummaryWe are looking for a seasoned Food Services Manager - Operations Lead to oversee the daily operations of our food services department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 16-20 staff members, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of daily food services operations, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 16-20 staff members, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure excellent performance and teamwork.
- Financial Management: Monitor revenues, labor costs, and expenses to ensure efficient financial management and contribute to business growth.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels, and minimizing waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for staff and customers.
- Staff Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge, promoting career growth and development.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth, developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in food services management.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
