Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Funeral Service Coordinator to join our team at Park Lawn Corporation. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support during their time of need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Interaction: Interact directly with client families, providing guidance and support throughout the funeral planning process.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate funeral services, including logistics, setup, and execution.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, staff, and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to ensure that all aspects of funeral services are executed with precision and care.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties, such as data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a funeral service or customer-facing role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Certifications/Licenses: Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
