Enterprise Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Hanford Home Health. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) process to identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive ERM framework to ensure the organization's risk management practices are aligned with its strategic objectives.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate risk-related information and ensure effective risk management practices are in place.
  • Develop and implement project and program performance measures to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to teams on risk management best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise risk management, audit, finance, program strategy, project management, or internal operations.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing ERM processes and performing risk management or strategic risk consulting roles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bilingual (English/French) language proficiency.
  • Experience with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) S1 and S2, and climate and sustainability risk analysis is an asset.
