Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team at Montrose International Group. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, monitoring the movement of supplies and materials, and preparing and maintaining progress reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Coordination: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Supply Chain Management: Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and maintain progress reports to track logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve logistics-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and analytical skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
