Junior Project Coordinator

Position Overview:
As a Junior Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the project management team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting Site Supervisors in managing contracts and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Setting up and operating GPS instruments for the accurate layout and documentation of infrastructure elements such as roads, pipes, and utilities.
- Collecting, organizing, and documenting geographic data essential for project execution.
- Assisting in the preparation of technical drawings, charts, plans, and other project-related documents.
- Maintaining organized records of measurements and survey data.
- Facilitating daily payroll entries and tracking project costs and schedules.
- Adhering to established policies and procedures to ensure project integrity.
- Performing administrative tasks as required to support project operations.
- Participating in project-related meetings to provide updates and insights.
- Conducting general labor tasks as needed to support the team.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a post-secondary program in civil engineering or business administration (preferred).
- Experience in accounting is considered an asset.
- Commitment to confidentiality and non-disclosure of sensitive information.
- Able to perform effectively under pressure.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills with a high level of reliability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Punctuality and dependability are essential.
- A collaborative team player.
