As a

Jr Project Coordinator, You Will: Assist Site Supervisors with the administration of contracts and contractual obligations Setup and operate GPS instruments for layout and as-built capture of road, pipes, excavation, utilities, conduits Collect, organize and record geographic information Help prepare drawings, charts, plans, records, and documents Organize records, measurements, and other survey information Facilitate daily payroll entry, as well as cost tracking and scheduling Adhere to policies and procedures Administrative duties as required Attend meetings related to the project Conduct general labour if necessary

What You'll Bring:

Have a valid driver’s licence Attending or have recently completed post-secondary school in civil engineering or business administration (preferred) Accounting experience would be considered an asset Must comply with non-disclosure practices regarding confidential information Must be able to handle high pressure situations Effective communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills with a high level of dependability Must be proficient with Microsoft Office software Must be punctual and reliable Must be a team player
