Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant /R.E.D. Holdings Inc. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers.
  • Package take-out food and prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, taking orders and handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure a well-stocked and organized kitchen area.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

  • Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in customer demands and kitchen operations.
  • Handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks, requiring physical stamina and endurance.
  • Stand for extended periods, working in a standing position for long periods of time.
  • Work under pressure, meeting customer demands and kitchen deadlines.
