Job SummaryWe are seeking a Customer Service Associate to create an awesome experience for our Customers, Donors, and Team Members. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service area.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience.
