Job Overview

Foresters Financial is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Client Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in both English and French.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update our epolicy portal and system to ensure accurate and timely information.
  • Send automated Lapse Notices to clients as part of our Lapse Automation Process.
  • Assign cancellations to our Customer Service Representatives for prompt resolution.
  • Send email confirmations to Brokers and/or MGA's to ensure seamless communication.
  • Assist with filing duties and indexing documents to maintain a secure and organized environment.
  • Mail letters and cheques to clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Update our system and notes to reflect client interactions and transactions.
  • Assist with various transactions and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Proficient in English (written and verbal) with French proficiency an asset.
  • Post-secondary education with administrative experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
