Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented professional to lead our Digital Product Management efforts within the banking sector. This role is pivotal in transforming traditional banking interactions into seamless, ongoing conversations across various platforms, including online, in-branch, and through customer support channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define a comprehensive multi-year vision and strategy for digital product offerings, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Drive the exploration and continuous improvement of conversational banking, shaping the future of customer engagement.
- Utilize customer insights and analytics to inform product enhancements and optimize user experiences.
- Build strong partnerships with business units to understand strategic goals and prioritize product initiatives accordingly.
- Facilitate collaborative problem-solving sessions with design and development teams to address implementation challenges.
- Engage actively with agile teams, contributing to user story development, sprint planning, and backlog management.
- Work closely with analytics teams to establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for new product features.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly in mobile solutions.
- Mentor and develop a team of product managers, fostering professional growth and skill enhancement.
- Conduct performance evaluations, set objectives, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, particularly in consumer-facing software solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience in leading and developing product management teams.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
- Technical acumen with a solid understanding of systems and design principles.
