Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and register documents for data entry, ensuring all necessary information is captured
  • Enter data according to specified formats, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Transfer data between software systems, ensuring seamless integration and minimal errors
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of data, identifying and correcting any discrepancies
  • Store, update, and maintain databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible
  • Perform general office duties, including answering phones and responding to inquiries
  • Create digital records using a scanner, ensuring all documents are accurately and efficiently digitized
  • Transfer handwritten data to Excel or Word documents, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational and time management skills. You will be working in a sitting position for extended periods, with regular breaks to maintain productivity and focus.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
