Job Summary

As a Medical Clinic Clerk at Northern Health Authority, you will play a vital role in supporting the healthcare team in our clinics. Your primary responsibility will be to determine out-patient appointment priority and provide administrative support to the clinics. This includes scheduling and booking outpatient specialist appointments, coordinating clinic dates, preparing charts, and managing medical records.

Qualifications

• Grade 12
• Two years of recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Ability to deal with others effectively
• Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
• Ability to supervise
• Ability to organize work
• Ability to operate related equipment
