About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to join our team at Interior Health Authority. The successful candidate will lead the project management of the Substance Use Management Maternal Newborn Child and Youth Network, including the development of project charters, plans, and implementation schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage relationships with regional and provincial groups to ensure broad engagement and support of initiatives.
  • Co-chair working groups and lead partner engagement to resolve problems and recommend best practices.
  • Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the initiative, including identifying and resolving issues and conflicts.
  • Develop knowledge translation plans for clinical practice initiatives and lead communication of project deliverables.
  • Work independently to solve complex problems and recommend best practices.
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in business administration, adult education, health care profession, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working within a health care organization of significant size and complexity.
  • Specialized expertise in project management methodologies and progressive project management experience.
  • Preferred PMP and PROSCI certification.
