We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Client Engagement Specialist to enhance our operations in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Reporting directly to the VP of Corporate Development, this position plays a crucial role in our company's growth trajectory across Ontario and beyond. As an entry-level professional, you will engage in sales, customer relations, and marketing initiatives to facilitate Normac's expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster and maintain existing client relationships
  • Identify and pursue new business prospects
  • Represent Normac at various industry events and functions

This full-time remote role may require occasional travel throughout the province.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer relations, or marketing
  • Strong aptitude for sales and exceptional communication abilities
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
