Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, handling transactions and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Share product knowledge with customers, making recommendations and promoting sales.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a safe and sanitary work space.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.

  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to excellence.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Previous retail customer service experience, an asset.
