Position Overview

As a Spa Front Desk Coordinator at Nice Nails Ltd., you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Your responsibilities will include managing appointments, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the overall organization of the front desk area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Interaction: Welcome guests and guide them to the appropriate services or personnel.
  • Information Management: Collect and process necessary information to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Office Administration: Order and manage office supplies efficiently.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and confirm client appointments.
  • Financial Transactions: Handle invoicing and payment processing accurately.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed work records and logs.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls and relay messages promptly.
  • Billing Management: Calculate and communicate billing charges to clients.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Willingness to train; prior experience in a similar role is an asset.
