Key Responsibilities- Client Interaction: Welcome guests and guide them to the appropriate services or personnel.
- Information Management: Collect and process necessary information to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Office Administration: Order and manage office supplies efficiently.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and confirm client appointments.
- Financial Transactions: Handle invoicing and payment processing accurately.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed work records and logs.
- Communication: Answer phone calls and relay messages promptly.
- Billing Management: Calculate and communicate billing charges to clients.
- Education: Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Willingness to train; prior experience in a similar role is an asset.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- A collaborative team player.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
This is a permanent position with a commitment of 40 hours per week. The primary language of communication is English.
