Job Title: Administrative Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Bilgrami Trading Co. Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of office staff to ensure high standards are maintained
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in MS Office and other administrative software
