Service Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Service Coordinator to join our team at Staffix Professional Staffing. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and tickets to support our clients
  • Communicate directly with clients to provide status updates and necessary follow-up
  • Work with vendors to ensure client issues are resolved
  • Monitor incoming incidents and route them to respective teams
  • Basic troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Document issues and solutions
  • Assist the Service Desk to meet SLA requirements and exercise ownership mentality toward customer needs
Requirements:
  • Comfort with Windows desktop and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to grasp new technology
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to set and manage client expectations
