Position Overview: Our client, HireBoss, is in search of a proactive and skilled Project Management Coordinator to support their operations.

Work Environment: This position offers a hybrid work model, facilitating a blend of in-office and remote responsibilities.
Hybrid (2+ days per week in office)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with organizational leaders to serve as a reliable consultant on project management.
  • Deliver strategic and operational assistance in project planning, execution, and successful delivery.
  • Actively engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and address concerns, fostering a collaborative project atmosphere that adheres to company policies and regulations.
  • Implement project management strategies to guarantee timely project completion, adhering to defined scope and budget.
  • Encourage a positive workplace culture and inclusivity, enhancing team engagement throughout all project stages.
  • Stay informed on industry best practices and regulatory updates, making necessary adjustments to project methodologies.
  • Oversee comprehensive project management for various divisions nationally.

  • Utilize project management methodologies and change management principles to effectively lead and support significant projects.
  • Coordinate with the Project Management Office (PMO) for support and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Approximately 3+ years of progressive experience in a Project Management role.
  • Strong business insight with the ability to convert business objectives into operational project strategies.
  • Solid grasp of project management practices and industry standards.
  • Self-motivated individual who is adaptable and takes initiative.
  • Exceptional proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
  • French language skills are considered an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
