Job Summary
The Office Support Associate position is responsible for completing required program operational tasks on a daily basis for assigned floors/building locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete all tasks required in the operations center: coffee, dishwashers, product, and organization.
- Service meeting rooms: whiteboards, chairs, and product.
- Service copy rooms: printers, stationery, product, organization, toners, and mail.
- Service floors: first aid kits, work orders, sanitizer, disinfecting wipes, masks, and gloves.
- Complete tasks for operations: health and safety, audits, projects, and inventory.
Requirements
- Must work designated schedule shift, with flexibility for changes that may occur in the program.
- Must demonstrate the ability to apply common sense and understanding to a variety of situations.
- Must demonstrate a willingness and capacity to follow safe and healthful work practices.
Benefits
- Customer-paid break (0.5 hour paid break for a shift of 6 hours or less and 1 hour paid break for a shift of 7 hours or more).
- A $30 monthly phone credit or a company-provided cell phone.
