About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pointe Au Baril Station Limited. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Kitchen Staff

Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff, including cooks, dishwashers, and food preparation assistants, to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide on-the-job training and coaching to kitchen staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Oversee the inventory and ordering of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.

Ensure Quality Control

Conduct regular inspections of kitchen and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

Establish Work Schedules

Develop and implement work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient use of resources.

Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • 1-2 Years of Experience in Food Service Supervision
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week in a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant environment.
