Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision

- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of quality and efficiency.
- Food Preparation and Quality Control
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Inventory Management and Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize ordering and minimize waste.
- Work Scheduling and Administration
- Establish work schedules for kitchen staff to ensure adequate coverage and minimize overtime.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety practices.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
