Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pointe Au Baril Station Limited. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Food Quality and Control
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain inventory records.
  • Work Environment and Safety
    • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
